A range of living options are available in these cosy cottage-style SIL homes. Each home is self-contained, and all are connected by a sprawling wooden deck, offering the perfect mix of independence or opportunities to socialise with fellow residents. The property also features a pool.
Birch
– two bedrooms and one bathroom.
Maple
– three bedrooms, two bathrooms, an impressive chef’s kitchen, and high ceilings with abundant natural light.
Acorn
– three bedrooms and two bathrooms, and an open plan living/dining/kitchen area.
Enjoy freedom and independence living at The Woodlands, with support to pursue your goals! You’ll be empowered to live your life your way, learn new skills, explore your local community and the activities you love, all with professional and compassionate disability support from the For Care team, available around the clock. You can also receive help with domestic tasks, medication, budgeting and support to develop social skills and relationships.
Common areas of these SIL houses are fully furnished and tastefully decorated. Your bedroom is your personal space, and you are free to bring your own furniture and decorate as you choose.
We invite inquiries, whether from individuals, or from current friends/housemates who would like to continue living together, and who are approved or eligible for NDIS SIL funding or Home and Living funding.
