It is a dual-living configuration, meaning a resident with greater independence can have access to their own private kitchen and living area, yet remain connected to the other residents. This spacious home sits on a sprawling 700m2 block.

You’ll be empowered to live your life your way, learn new skills, explore your local community and the activities you love, all with professional and compassionate disability support from the For Care team, available around the clock.  You can also receive help with domestic tasks, medication, budgeting and support to develop social skills and relationships. Ideal for NDIS participants with SIL or Home and Living funding in their plan.

Common areas of this home are tastefully furnished. Your bedroom is your own space and you are welcome to bring your own furniture and decorate it as you please. If you need bedroom furnishings, we can provide these for you. 

This home has two residents, with room for one more to join the household (female preferred). It is suitable for people approved for NDIS SIL funding or who are exploring NDIS accommodation options.
