From there, you’ll meet your support team, including your Service Coordinator, and get to know your potential housemates.

Finalise Your Move, Your Way
Once you’ve chosen “The One”, we’ll plan a commencement date and coordinate a smooth transition.
You’ll also meet your Service Coordinator, who stays by your side throughout your journey, ensuring your supports continue to reflect your goals and everyday needs.
Ongoing Support and Regular Check-Ins
On move-in day and beyond, your dedicated coordinator and support team will ensure everything goes smoothly, so you can focus on living your life to the fullest.
